Approach
How THWS executed
The room was profiled for acoustics, camera placement, and participant sightlines before equipment was finalized. Audio and display paths were mapped to reduce latency and switching errors.
We integrated Dante transport and tuned microphone zones for real speaking positions rather than theoretical defaults. Control UX was simplified to reduce operator burden.
Post-deployment verification focused on repeatability across common meeting formats and remote participant scenarios.
